Nabil is prompt and professional when I called on weekend about my heating unit failure. He was quick to figure out the issue-of course it is always the nest thermostat! He fixed it, also found out that the outdoor unit’s motor is not functioning properly. He even called the manufacturer to see if they honor warranty, and to save some bucks for me. Although the warranty has expired, I was pretty happy to purchase a replacement motor from Nabil and have it replaced. He was honest and polite, very knowledgeable and clear with communication. We called Best Air Heating & Cooling when our HVAC leaked water through the ceiling. The Lennox systems installed in our subdivision were prone to leak water and many of my neighbors already replaced their unit at a very high cost. Nabil came out to inspect the unit and he was very professional and thorough in his inspection. The Lennox evaporator coil we had was very rusty and was not holding refrigerant for a long time. Nabil gave us a very reasonable estimate and much better than what my neighbors paid. I appreciated Nabil’s honesty and the different options he offered us.
